Michael H. Moghtader is the founder and principal of the Moghtader Law Firm. He attended California State University, Los Angeles in 1987 where he received his Bachelors Degree and obtained his law degree in 1997. Mr. Moghtader is admitted to the California Bar, US District Court and is a member in good standing. Attorney Moghtader's practice involves Immigration, Lemon Law, Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Business Formation.
Furthermore, Mr. Moghtader is well recognized in having a perfect track record and is known for his reputation in winning almost impossible cases. Mr. Moghtader has intensive court exposure in Civil Law.
